B. A. Theatre major from the University of Puerto Rico. Diploma from the London International Film School. TV commercials director, documentarian. Head of the Film Section, Institute of Puerto Rican Culture. Has taken Puerto Rican films to the USA, Mexico, France, Spain and the Dominican Republic. Published eight film booklets at the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture. Wrote a history of Puerto Rican cinema for the encyclopedia Puerto Rico from A to Z and the exhibition Idilio Tropical. Executive Director of the San Juan Cinemafest (1992-2000) and Programming Director (1998-2007). Producer, writer and director of the television mini-series The last case of detective Prado.
