Este filme basado en una novela de Frederik Backman, retrata la vida de un pensionado cascarrabias de 59 años, aislado de sus vecinos, que se dedica a poner en vigor las reglas de la asociación donde reside y a visitar la tumba de su esposa. Su vida cambia cuando se muda al lado una familia joven y alborotosa que lo sacan de sus casillas cuando sin querer le rompen el buzón de correo. No obstante, Ove y los recién llegados desarrollan una entrañable amistad que nos ayuda a comprender la felicidad y la congoja experimentada por el hombre.

Ove steps out from the pages of an international best-selling novel by Frederick Backman that focuses on the life of an angry, isolated, 59-year-old retiree who spends his days enforcing the block association’s rules, which only he cares about, and visiting the grave of his wife. In comes, a boisterous, young family, who accidentally flattens his mailbox as they move in next door. However, from this inauspicious start flourishes a friendship that helps us understand Ove´s past happiness and heartbreaks.

Este es un filme que enfoca a los habitantes del espectacular lago Kenozero, un paraje remoto de Rusia, donde se vive de la misma forma que durante siglos lo hicieron sus antepasados. Todos se conocen, solo producen lo necesario para sobrevivir y se comunican con el mundo exterior por medio del cartero y su lancha. Cuando alguien roba el motor de la lancha y para colmo de males, la mujer que ama el cartero se va a la ciudad, todo cambia. El cartero emprende un viaje de autodescubrimiento que le ayudará a comprender que no hay nada mejor que el hogar. Los protagonistas de esta pelícual no son actores profesionales y tomó un año escogerlos.

This is the story of the people of a remote Russian village on the spectacular Lake Kenozero who live in the same way as their ancestors have done for centuries. They all know each other, they produce only what they need to survive and their contact with the outside world takes place through the postman and his boat. Things change when someone steals the motor of the boat and to make things worse the woman loved by the postman flees to the city. These events send the postman on a voyage of self-discovery in which he concludes that there is nothing better than home. All the actors are non-professionals and casting took a year.

Con grandes exposiciones planeadas en Holanda, Venecia y Madrid, 2016 marcará el 500 aniversario de la muerte de El Bosco (1460-1516), uno de los pintores más celebrados de todos los tiempos, conocido universalmente por su imaginería fantástica del cielo y el infierno, imbuida al mismo tiempo de un cierto sentido de humanidad. Durante cuatro años un equipo de expertos en El Bosco viajó por el mundo examinando cuidadosamente todas sus pinturas conocidas. Con macros de alta resolución, rayos X y cámaras de infrarrojos se analizaron los paneles de madera.
In 2016, the Noordbrabants Museum in the Dutch city of Den Bosch held a special exhibition devoted to the work of Hieronymus Bosch, who died 500 years ago. This late-medieval artist lived his entire life in the city, causing uproar with his fantastical and utterly unique paintings in which hell and the devil always played a prominent role. In preparation for the exhibition, a team of Dutch art historians crisscrosses the globe to unravel the secrets of his art. They use special infrared cameras to examine the sketches beneath the paint, in the hope of discovering more about the artist’s intentions. They also attempt to establish which of the paintings can be attributed with certainty to Bosch himself, and which to his pupils or followers.
